Carlos Ruben the famous Spanish winemaker, “La voz de la Garnacha” (the voice of the Grenache) has been appointed as the Fund´s prime wine maker and supervisor of its Spanish vineyards and local winemakers.

The General Partner of the Fund, EUNIIC has decided to donate a percentage of its future management fees to people in need all over the world. The exact amount will be communicated on a yearly basis and corresponds to a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 10% of its annual received management fees.
Which initiatives EUNIIC will support and in which country will be decided on the annual general meeting.
A unanimous decision was taken that for the first two years of the Fund´s existence the entire donation will be dedicated to help Ukraine and the Ukrainian people in the current difficult times they encounter due to the brutal invasion by its neighbour country.
We hope that many other investment funds will follow our initiative.

Due to the ongoing political and economic ripples in the world, the Board of the Fund has decided to extend the Initial Offering Period until June 15, 2023
